Newhall were approached by Lacy Scott & Knight to submit a proposal, assist in the development of the brand and to review the marketing activity while creating an effective marketing strategy to raise its profile. This resulted in a brand refresh and development of its corporate guidelines.
Having reviewed the brand management and objectives, it was decided that their website lacked personality and did little to demonstrate success. We created a fully integrated digital strategy, including a new website with improved visual impact and usability and regular digital e-newsletters to improve communication with clients along with timely updates, all of which play a role in creating and securing new business opportunities.
In addition, we developed a new corporate brochure for the company that has helped to promote and raise their profile while ensuring the target audience received relevant and inspiring content that made them stop, read, think and respond when they required property advice.
